Return Policy
At subcosny, we take great pride in the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from subcosny.com, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
RETURNS:
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and have tags attached. Please keep in mind that:

Returns for items bought on subcosny.com cannot be processed at retail stores.

Similarly, items purchased in retail stores cannot be returned through our online platform.
EXCHANGES:
For exchanges, items must also be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached. Currently, we only accept size exchanges for online purchases.

Retail store purchases are not eligible for online exchanges.

Refund Guidelines:
- Refund Method: Once we’ve received and assessed the returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: It takes approximately 3-15 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
- Partial Reimbursements: In cases where the returned item is not in original condition, only a portion of the payment may be refunded.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
- Log in to your account, go to Order History, and choose the order that includes the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
